Our Mission

To provide NDIS participants with a superior service that we would want for our own loved ones.

Advanced Plan Management is a family-owned and operated business that has over 20 years of experience working with many people and organisations within the disability sector. Since the rollout of the NDIS within Australia, our time has been spent assisting NDIS participants and their families. We have personal and hands-on experience working with NDIS plans and assisting with participants’ individual needs. We always aim to provide a service that we would want for our own loved ones.

Our director, Tammie Fink has 20+ years of personal experience among the disability community as well as 13+ years of working within the disability sector. Tammie has worked closely with many NDIS participants & providers since the initial rollout of the NDIS in 2013. Tammie has an interest and knowledge in Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, Mental Health, Dementia and more.
